With the emergence of Japanese Gin on the market, we were inspired by the simple approach to botanical composition. Gin doesn't necessarily have to be made of numerous and complex botanicals to be high-quality. Sometimes the best things in life are the simple things.

Developing Moonstruck with this in mind, we knew we needed one botanical to be the star. Enter the yuzu, an East Asian citrus fruit settling somewhere between a lemon, grapefruit, and mandarin orange.

This gin is bright and refreshing, best used in a sour or a spritz.
